Pictures

Since my server is now close to me, I decided that I could put all my pictures online, so I installed Gallery. I put up my pictures from the summer, including every picture I took in Europe. You can now view my pictures. When I have time, I’ll caption them.

Summer

Summer was pretty awesome and was very long.

The first adventure was an 8 week internship in Maryland for a small robotics company called AnthroTronix (the same company I worked for 2 summers ago.) I flew directly to the east coast 2 days after finishing my finals, and started work the following Monday. I was mainly doing programming and I had a blast, hopefully I get a job like that after I graduate (2 more years.) Next was Europe. I had an awesome time on the cruise of the Greek Isles and in Hungary with my Nagymama, Nagypapa and Veronika. I met an unbelievable number of relatives. Apparently almost everyone in Hungary is either a relative, or a good friend of a relative. After that I went home to Bellevue, for the first time since Christmas. I had a couple of days to relax, then I went into the mountains with the Montague family for a 50th anniversary get-together for my grandparents. Then my Dad flew back to Bozeman with me and we attempted to climb Granite Peak, the highest mountain in Montana. Unfortunately we were snowed on and chickened out decided it would be impossible to summit.

Now I am back at school, and moved into my new house with my roommates John, Luke and Rune.

Here it is

So I finally did it. I decided to scrap my old website and switch to Wordpress. It took a little bit of work to get all of my posts transfered, but with a short PHP script, I am pretty sure that I got everything. The change was prompted by some comment spam that I was getting on my old website, instead of changing my old code, I decided to scrap it entirely. Now this page is hosted from my house in Bozeman, instead of on my Dad’s server in Bellevue. Since it is now hosted from my room, the uptime may not be as good as it was before.
