Me
Hi! My name is Tim. I like computers. I am enrolled at Montana State University studying Computer Engineering. When I grow up, I want to build robots. Whenever I can, I go backpacking, hiking or snowboarding.
In the summer after my Freshman year of college, I got a job working at AnthroTronix in Silver Spring, MD through the NASA Robotics Academy at Goddard Space Flight Center. I worked on a team with other interns to design and build a remote controlled robot. The next summer, I worked on a mapping robot at Goddard through the Student Internship Program. During my third summer of college, I went back to AnthroTronix. Last summer, I was the Logistics Manager for the NASA Academy at Goddard. I spent all summer managing engineers instead of acutally doing engineering, but it was a good experience. If you have any questions about my experiences with robotics or at NASA, please feel free to contact me.
I am a founding member of SIPAA, the Student Internship Program Alumni Association. It is an organization for the distinguished alumni of SIP at Goddard Space Flight Center.
